POETIC Cancer Research
Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is pleased to be a member of the Pediatric Oncology Experimental Therapeutics Investigators’ Consortium (POETIC), an organization of 10 medical centers in North America. The mission of POETIC is to promote the early clinical development of promising therapies for the treatment of children, adolescents, and young adults with cancer and related disorders. Each institution is uniquely suited to complete early studies in the pediatric and adolescent age groups. Through POETIC, the Haley Center for Children's Cancer and Blood Disorders at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer is able to provide new treatments to relapsed and refractory cancers.
