Quality Critical Care for All Children

The Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children provides intensive and acute care (for a severe injury or condition) to pediatric patients who are critically ill or recovering from surgery. Our Pediatric Critical Care team is dedicated to managing the unique needs of these patients using the most advanced technology in a family centered environment. Take a Step Down

Our Pediatric Special Care Unit (PSCU) provides care a “step-down” from our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This unit is designed for children whose illness is less critical or life-threatening and requires less intensive care.
