Prior to joining Orlando Health, Carmen worked seven years as a dietitian at several different hospitals in Puerto Rico, including Doctors' Center Hospital in Bayamon, Metropolitan Hospital in Río Piedras, and Hospital Auxilio Mutuo in Hato Rey.
