Bio
Heidi Hanks is a board-certified physician assistant (PA-C) at The Heart Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She specializes in:

Heidi’s Training
Heidi received a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah. She earned a master’s degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Utah in Salt Lake City.
She completed the Pediatric Acute Care Advanced Practice Provider Fellowship at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer.

Heidi is certified by the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants and has specialized training and certification in pediatric fundamentals of critical care support and emergency neurological life support.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and six children, reading classical literature, cooking and traveling.

Patients that are treated in outpatient or hospital environments may receive different surveys, and the volume of responses will vary by question.
Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
