Bio
Leah Haley, RD, LD/N, is a registered dietitian with the Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She specializes in pediatric health and nutrition and provides medical nutritional therapy.
Pediatric Gastroenterological Care
Leah assesses pediatric patients with gastroenterological diseases and conditions and provides education to patients and their families. She also manages enteral nutrition for those requiring feeding tubes and counsels overweight children and their families on healthy lifestyles.
A Skilled Team of Experts
The center’s skilled team of highly trained experts are at the forefront of pediatric gastroenterological care. As a member of this team, Leah works with gastroenterologists, psychologists and other professionals to evaluate her patient’s condition, provide an accurate diagnosis, and design an individualized treatment plan.
The center provides the latest diagnostic and treatment procedures and is a leader in many areas of pediatric digestive health and nutrition. These specialists believe in a multidisciplinary approach and collaborate to provide the most effective treatments for children with a range of diseases and conditions such as celiac disease, inflammatory bowel disease, feeding difficulties, severe constipation and more.
About Leah Haley
Leah earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Southern Mississippi in Hattiesburg. She has cared for patients of all ages and provided medical nutritional therapy for more than 25 years. Her professional memberships include the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition, and Improved Care Now.
