Bio
Kalee Eichelberger is a registered dietitian (RD) and licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN) with the Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She provides medical nutrition therapy and education to patients with gastrointestinal diseases and conditions, and her specialties include:
- Inflammatory bowel disease
- Motility disorders
- Malabsorptive conditions
- Food allergies and sensitivities
- Liver disease
- Short bowel syndrome
- Failure to thrive
- Malnutrition
- Nutrition support (tube feeding and parenteral nutrition)
Kalee strives to make a meaningful impact on the quality of life, care ownership and patient care experience of individuals on home nutrition support and those living with gastrointestinal disorders.
Kalee’s Training
Kalee earned a bachelor’s degree in nutritional sciences and dietetics and a master’s degree in health education and behavior at the University of Florida in Gainesville. She completed her dietetic training at the Cleveland Clinic Center for Human Nutrition.
About Kalee
Kalee is certified as a nutrition support clinician (CNSC) by the National Board of Nutrition Support Certification and as a health education specialist (CHES) by the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing. She is a member of the American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition and serves on the Enteral Nutrition Advisory Committee.
Kalee is an active researcher, educator and national speaker on topics related to nutrition and dietetics.
Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering her time to give back to the Central Florida community.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
