Diana Cardona-Grau MD, is an attending physician in pediatric urology at the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Urology Center. She works with parents and children to address and treat reproductive system and urinary tract concerns. Her areas of interest and expertise include perinatal urology, stone disease, spina bifida, undescended testes, hypospadias, and minimally invasive and robotic surgery.
Dr. Cardona-Grau graduated summa cum laude from the University of Florida in Gainesville, with a bachelor of arts degree in classical studies. She earned her medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine followed by an internship in general surgery and a residency in urology at Albany Medical College, New York. Dr. Cardona-Grau went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric urology at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine and its partner, Rady Children’s Hospital.
Dr. Cardona-Grau is a member of the Society of Pediatric Urology and the American Urologic Association. She also serves on the editorial board and is a reviewer for the Journal of Pediatric Urology. She is published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, and has presented at national and international conferences. In addition to English, Dr. Cardona-Grau is fluent in Spanish.
