Objective
Information that is entered into other ICN database will be used to improve patient care and achieve the best health outcomes possible for children with IBD.

Key Eligibility
All patients with a clinical diagnoses of IBD regardless of age, gender, race or ethnicity will be recruited to participate in the study. Post colectomy UC patients will not be recruited.
