Specialties: Acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries; Sports concussion management in young athletes

S. Elizabeth Davis, MD, joined the Orlando Health Orthopedic Institute in 2012, serving as a pediatric sports medicine specialist at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, at Orlando Health. She is board certified in pediatrics and sports medicine. Born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee, Dr. Davis completed her pediatric residency and pediatric sports medicine fellowship at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Her clinical interests include concussions in young athletes, and nutrition and bone health for adolescent athletes. She is also involved in pediatric resident and sports medicine fellow education. 

Dr. Davis currently serves as a team physician for the Orlando City Soccer Club and the Orlando Ballet. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, and is a member of the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine and the American College of Sports Medicine. Additionally, she is active in the local chapter of the Central Florida Pediatric Society.
