Sukumar Suguna Narasimhulu, MD is a Cardiac Intensivist who is board-certified in Pediatrics, Neonatal/Perinatal medicine and pediatric cardiology currently practicing at The Heart Center at Arnold Palmer Hospital (APH) for Children. He also conducts the Cardiac Neuro -developmental program here at APH.
Dr. Suguna Narasimhulu earned his medical degree from Shri B.M Patil Medical College and research center, Karnataka, India. He graduated with a Masters in Public Health majoring in Health education at Western Kentucky University, Bowling Green, KY. He then completed his internship and pediatric residency at New York Medical College, Metropolitan Program and a dual fellowship training in Neonatal/perinatal medicine and Pediatric Cardiology at New York University Medical Center.
His primary interests are in cardiac intensive care, cardiac physiology, inflammation, neonatology, neurodevelopmental outcomes and pulmonary hypertension in neonates.
