Dr. Sharon Napier is a board-certified ophthalmologist and fellowship-trained pediatric ophthalmologist with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Ophthalmology. She has more than 30 years of experience and specializes in diagnosing, treating and managing eye problems in children. Her expertise includes:
- Eye misalignment
- Eye injuries
- Amblyopia
- Retinoblastoma
- Retinopathy of prematurity
- Droopy eyelid
- Double vision
- Botox and laser procedures
Dr. Napier’s Training
Dr. Napier earned her medical degree at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, where she completed a residency in ophthalmology and a fellowship in pediatric and adult strabismus. She received advanced training in oculoplastic surgery. Dr. Napier also earned a master’s in business administration (MBA) at the University of Kentucky and trained as a registered nurse.

Dr. Napier is board certified in ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, American Academy of Ophthalmology and American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Her professional memberships include the Florida Medical Association and Arkansas Medical Society. She is licensed in Florida, Arkansas, Kentucky and Missouri.

Responses are measured on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best score.
The comments are submitted by patients and reflect their views and opinions. The comments are not endorsed by and do not necessarily reflect the views of Orlando Health.
Ratings may not be present for certain physicians of Orlando Health Physician Group and Orlando Health Physician Associates because:
- The physician has not yet met the minimum number of 30 patient satisfaction surveys to be eligible for display.
- They may be a researcher or type of provider that does not see patients.
- They may practice in a specialty or office that has not yet implemented the specified surveys used for these ratings.
