Shadi Tabba, MD, is a board-certified pediatric endocrinologist with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Endocrinology and Diabetes Center. He cares for children with the entire range of endocrine conditions and diabetes and has a specific interest in diabetes technologies and weight management.
Complete Endocrine and Diabetes Care
Dr. Tabba specializes in complete care for patients with endocrine, diabetes and obesity conditions. This includes extensive experience with thyroid, growth and adrenal disorders, precocious and delayed puberty, and calcium regulation disorders. His expertise includes advanced testing such as:
- ACTH stimulation
- Growth hormone stimulation
- Leuprolide stimulation
- Oral glucose tolerance
Dr. Tabba’s Training
Dr. Tabba earned his medical degree at the Jordan University of Science and Technology followed by a pediatric internship and residency at the University of Iowa Children's Hospital in Iowa City. He then completed a fellowship in pediatric endocrinology and diabetes at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, which is part of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Dr. Tabba is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics, with additional certification in endocrinology, and a diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He also holds memberships in the Endocrine Society, American Academy of Pediatrics, and the Pediatric Endocrine Society.
