Dr. Natalie Thoni is a board-certified pediatrician at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. As a hospitalist, she sees pediatric patients in the hospital and coordinates their care with specialty physicians. Dr. Thoni previously served at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP), where she was a front-line clinician in the pediatric intensive care unit (ICU) and the oncology unit.
She has experience:
- Diagnosing and treating critically ill patients
- Handling complex cases
- Caring for oncology and stem cell patients
Dr. Thoni’s Training
As an undergraduate, Dr. Thoni studied molecular and cellular biology at Vanderbilt University in Nashville. She earned her medical degree from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine in Memphis. During medical school, she participated in the Medical Student Research Fellowship Program at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland. Her residency in pediatrics was completed at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in Baltimore.

Dr. Thoni is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has participated in several volunteer programs in other countries. Most recently, she traveled to the Philippines to train midwives and community health workers.
