Dr. Natalia Salazar is a hospitalist with Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She works with pediatric patients in a hospital setting to:
- Treat medical conditions
- Manage care plans
- Provide education
- Ensure needs are being met
She also has experience working in a neonatal intensive care unit.
Dr. Salazar’s Training
Dr. Salazar earned her medical degree from Rush University Medical College in Chicago, then stayed in Illinois to complete her pediatrics residency at Rush University Medical Center. She also has two bachelor’s degrees: one in biology from the University of Central Florida in Orlando and another in psychology from Florida International University in Miami.

Dr. Salazar is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She has experience teaching and is passionate about connecting medical students from minority or underrepresented communities with residencies and other opportunities. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
