Dr. Gregory John Vitale is a pediatric neuropsychologist at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Neuropsychology. He provides neuropsychological evaluation services for children experiencing cognitive and neurobehavioral difficulties. His expertise includes:

  • Epilepsy
  • Traumatic brain injury
  • Neuro-oncology
  • Spina bifida

Dr. Vitale believes in open communication with his patients and putting their needs first.

Dr. Vitale’s Training

Dr. Vitale received his bachelor’s degree in biopsychology at Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts. He earned his doctorate in clinical psychology (PsyD) with a concentration in neuropsychology at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He completed his clinical neuropsychology fellowship at MedStar National Rehabilitation Hospital in Washington, D.C.

About Dr. Vitale

Dr. Vitale is licensed as a psychologist in Florida. His professional memberships include the National Register of Health Service Psychologists, International Neuropsychological Society and Sports Neuropsychology Society.

His research on topics including concussion, post-Covid-19 and traumatic brain injury has been presented and published extensively.

Outside of work, Dr. Vitale enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons.
