Dr. Gloria Chiang is a pediatric psychologist and the chief of pediatric neuropsychology at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She provides psychological care for pediatric patients experiencing mood or behavioral difficulties as a result of a medical condition.
Dr. Chiang is experienced in assessing and treating children and adolescents with a range of medical and psychological conditions. She has a special interest in helping pediatric patients adjust to their medical diagnoses and treatments so they can function at their highest level. She provides psychological evaluations and therapy.
Dr. Chiang’s Training
Dr. Chiang completed her graduate training at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where she earned a PhD from the psychology program with a specialization in clinical psychology. She performed her clinical psychology internship at Franciscan Children’s Hospital and Rehabilitation Center in Boston. Dr. Chiang also completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Children's Hospital Boston Developmental Medicine Center, where she was trained by leading experts.
About Dr. Chiang
Outside of work, Dr. Chiang enjoys reading children's books to learn about different characters, movies, TV shows, music and sports, which helps her connect with patients of all ages. She also likes playing tennis and spending time with her family.
Dr. Chiang is fluent in English and Mandarin.
