Bio
Christopher Gegg, MD, FAANS, FACS received his medical degree from Louisiana State University in New Orleans and trained in neurosurgery at the University of Texas in San Antonio, with pediatric neurosurgical training at the University of Texas, Dallas. He has extensive experience in surgical epilepsy/seizure management and tethered cords with special interest in peripheral nerve repair, having worked with David Kline, MD, (peripheral nerve repair expert) while at Louisiana State University. Other areas of interest include hydrocephalus, spina bifida, craniofacial anomalies and arteriovenous malformations. He also has received certification through the University of Pittsburgh in the practice of Gamma Knife radiosurgery.
