Lorraine Woodward, MSN, APRN, PNP-PC, is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner with The Heart Center at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. She provides care for infants and children with congenital heart disease and acute and chronic cardiac conditions.
Lorraine earned her bachelor’s of science in nursing degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville and master’s of science in nursing degree (MSN) from the University of Central Florida. She is certified by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNC) and licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) by the Florida Board of Nursing. In addition to her role with The Heart Center, she is an instructor for APRNs in training.
Lorraine serves on the board of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners and served as president of the local chapter for two years. She also is a member of the Central Florida Pediatric Society.
Lorraine has presented nationally and is fluent in both English and Spanish.
