Dr. Chelsie Smyth is a pediatric neuropsychologist at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Neuropsychology. She specializes in assessing children and adolescents with medical and neurological conditions and has a specific clinical interest in epilepsy.
Dr. Smyth believes that parents and children are part of the care team, and she strives to work with them to provide the best outcomes.
Dr. Smyth’s Training
Dr. Smyth earned her master’s degree and doctorate in clinical psychology and specialized in neuropsychology at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. Before that, she earned her bachelor’s degree in family resources at University of Hawaii at Manoa in Honolulu. She completed her residency at Centerstone in Sarasota, Florida, and focused on providing pediatric assessments. Dr. Smyth also completed a two-year fellowship in clinical and pediatric neuropsychology at AdventHealth Orlando, where she provided both outpatient and inpatient neuropsychological evaluations.
