Brian Harris, MD, is a developmental-behavioral pediatrician with the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Pediatric Behavioral Health and Developmental Center. He cares for children with social, behavioral, and functional issues indicating the possibility of neurodevelopmental conditions such as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism spectrum disorder, communication concerns, learning difficulties, and more. He uses a behavioral and holistic approach, along with prescribed medication, as necessary.

Dr. Harris earned his medical degree from George Washington University, a master’s of science degree in physiology and biophysics from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a bachelor’s of arts degree in psychological and brain sciences from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore. He completed his residency in pediatrics at Children’s National Health System in Washington, DC, and a fellowship in developmental and behavioral pediatrics at Boston Children’s Hospital.

Dr. Harris is board-certified in general pediatrics and developmental pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and Society for Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics. He is a frequent presenter and has published in peer-reviewed journals.
