Allison L. Story, MSN, APRN, CPNP-PC, CPON, is an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) with the pediatric hematology/oncology unit at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Her primary focus is providing collaborative care and education to those children and families who are in active treatment for their cancer, including patients enrolled in clinical trials. She also serves as a resource to patients, families, and staff.
Allison completed her master’s degree in nursing (MSN) at the University of Central Florida and her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Florida State University in Tallahassee, graduating magna cum laude. She is a certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP-PC) by the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board and a certified pediatric oncology nurse (CPON) by the Oncology Nursing Certification Corporation. She also is recognized as a chemotherapy/biotherapy provider and course instructor by the Association of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology Nurses.
