Alan Chan, MD, is a board-certified pediatric hospitalist at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children. Dr. Chan also serves as a clinic physician at Shepherd’s Hope, Orlando.
Dr. Chan earned his medical degree at the University of Kentucky, Lexington. He completed his general residency at University of Missouri, Kansas City.
While at Children’s Mercy Hospital and Clinics, Kansas City, Missouri he performed research on epidemiology with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) dataset from the Hemophilia Treatment Centers. He has been awarded the Exemplary Physician Colleague Award at Orlando Health. He has presented at the American College of Physicians Missouri Chapter Conference.
Dr. Chan is a member of the American College of Physicians and the Society of Hospitalist Medicine.
