Mothers Matter Support Group
This weekly emotional support group for pregnant and postpartum women, offers peer-to-peer and emotional support, as well as a safe place to discuss all things motherhood.
The group helps mothers facing a variety of situations such as stress, adjusting to parenthood, baby blues, and perinatal and postpartum depression or anxiety. The group is facilitated by a licensed clinician who specializes in perinatal mood disorders.
Mothers Matter is open to the public and meets every Friday at 10:30 a.m. The meeting is held on the third floor of the Medical Education Outpatient Clinic located at 89 W. Copeland Dr. Orlando, 32806. Free parking is available in the Lucerne Garage located on the corner of Copeland Drive and Lucerne Terrace.

Perinatal and Neonatal Bereavement Support Group
Experiencing a miscarriage or the loss of a neonatal infant can be traumatic. The Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies' Patient and Family Counseling team is here to support you through difficult times. This group gives members the opportunity to connect and share, healing together through shared experiences.
The Orlando Health Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women and Babies Perinatal and Neonatal Bereavement Support Group meets bi-weekly on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Meetings are held at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, on the first floor, classrooms 3 & 4. Free parking is available in the Patient and Visitor Parking Garage located next to the hospital's main entrance on Miller Street. Valet parking is also available for $5.
