Pediatric Nutrition Services

Proper nutrition is a crucial part of recovery — and an important part of daily life. That’s why your health professionals at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children work hand-in-hand with your child and family to set kids up for success. We have a team of dietitians who are board certified in nutrition support, pediatrics and diabetes. And in both an inpatient and outpatient setting, they specialize in complementary care for:

  • Cancer
  • Congenital heart defects
  • Cystic fibrosis
  • Diabetes
  • Gastrointestinal system diseases
  • Kidney diseases

Each of our critical care units is staffed with dietitians. In addition, the dietitians at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer participate in educating future pediatric dietitians through affiliations with Florida State University and the University of Florida.
