Jeffrey A. Bornstein, MD, serves as the medical director of the Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children Center for Digestive Health and Nutrition. He is board certified in pediatrics and pediatric gastroenterology.

Dr. Bornstein is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Cambridge and the George Washington University School of Medicine in Washington, DC. He completed his pediatric residency at Wilford Hall USAF Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and served as a pediatrician in the United States Air Force before completing his pediatric gastroenterology and nutrition fellowship at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC.

His particular areas of interest include general pediatric gastroenterology, care of medically complex children, inflammatory bowel disease, intestinal rehabilitation and management of short bowel syndrome, and transplant patients.

Dr. Bornstein is proud to have served in the United States Air Force for 10 years before moving to Orlando. Additionally, he is consistently recognized as one of Orlando’s Best and Top Doctors by Orlando Magazine for the last ten years.
