Potty-training woes? Sometimes we just need to laugh

While I wish I had a tremendous update about our pooping-on-the-potty progress, I really don’t. She just isn’t ready to cross that hurdle, and I’ve just decided to wait until she lets me know she’s ready. And, I think easing up on all the poop talk has decreased her anxiety on the issue, so maybe she will come around soon.

In the midst of it all, though, sometimes the best thing you can do is learn to laugh about it.

I saw this Clorox commercial on television last night, and I just had to share it. This speaks volumes about the life of a potty-training Momma. As I watched it, laughing hysterically, I felt a certain comfort in knowing that I’m not the only one dealing with poop problems.
